Motiva AI Video Creator helps you turn ideas into videos with AI. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, what information is involved when you use the app, why it is involved, and the choices you have. It applies to the Motiva AI Video Creator mobile app, operated by Motiva AI Video Creator ("we", "us"). Effective date: 23.10.2026.

The short version

There are no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or password. To create a video, the prompts and any media you choose to submit are sent to our own servers for processing. Payments are handled by Apple, and we use Adapty to understand subscription status. We never receive your card details.

What we collect, and what we leave alone

Information you give the app for a generation: the text prompts, images or other material you submit, and the video that results. This is needed to produce your video.

Purchase and subscription information: whether you have an active subscription or purchase, its status and related transaction details passed on by Apple and Adapty. This lets us unlock the features you paid for.

Basic technical and usage information: limited app and device information, such as an app-generated or store-provided identifier, that helps us connect a subscription to your device and understand how the app is used.

What we do not collect: account credentials, your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or payment card details. Because there is no sign-in, we do not build a profile tied to your identity.

Where your ideas take shape: our own backend

Video generation runs on servers operated by us, the developer. When you start a generation, your prompt and any media you include travel to our backend, are processed to create your video, and the result is returned to the app. We use this material only to provide and maintain the generation feature, keep the service secure, and fix problems. We do not sell it.

Partners we rely on

Apple App Store: distributes the app and processes all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

Adapty: when used, Adapty helps us manage subscriptions by tracking subscription status and providing subscription analytics, such as purchases, renewals and cancellations. Adapty processes this information on our behalf and under its own privacy terms.

We do not share your information with other third parties except where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and service.

Payments and subscriptions

Every purchase and subscription is completed through Apple. Apple charges you, manages renewals and handles refunds according to its policies. We receive confirmation of your purchase status, not your financial details. Adapty, when used, receives subscription status and related analytics so the app knows which features to unlock.

How long we keep things

We keep generation inputs and outputs only for as long as needed to create and deliver your video, operate and secure the service, and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Subscription records may be kept for as long as needed to manage your subscription and meet accounting or legal requirements. Apple and Adapty keep information according to their own retention policies.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to give you access to information we hold about you, or to delete it. Because there are no accounts, we may ask you for details, such as the approximate time of a generation or purchase information, to help us find the right data. You may also have other rights under the laws where you live, such as correcting or objecting to certain uses. You can stop all future processing by deleting the app, and you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Security and children

We use reasonable measures to protect information sent to and stored on our backend, though no system is perfectly secure. The app is not directed at young children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Updates to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this policy and its effective date. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app or on its store listing.
