Welcome to Motiva AI Video Creator, a space for creators and visual thinkers to explore ideas and turn them into videos with AI. These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Motiva AI Video Creator ("we", "us"). Effective date: 23.10.2026.

Saying yes

By downloading, opening or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your licence to create

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Apple App Store rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or try to extract the source code or models behind the app, except where the law expressly allows it.

Creating responsibly

Please explore freely, but do not use the app to: create or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or harmful to minors; impersonate real people or create deceptive content meant to mislead or defraud; infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights; upload material you do not have the right to use; or disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Subscriptions through Apple

Premium features are offered as in-app purchases or subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal charges are made by Apple within that window. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the paid period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Prices and offers are shown in the app before you buy.

Who owns what

The app, its design, software, branding and underlying technology belong to Motiva AI Video Creator or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. As between you and us, you keep ownership of the prompts and material you submit and, to the extent the law allows, the videos you generate. You give us a limited permission to process that content solely to create your videos and operate the service. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use your results. AI output can resemble existing works or other users' results, so we cannot promise every output is unique.

No guarantees

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated videos may be unexpected, inaccurate or imperfect, and the service may sometimes be interrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Motiva AI Video Creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or its output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

When these Terms change

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. The updated version will carry a new effective date, and important changes will be highlighted in the app or on its store listing. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
